Refunds Request Processing #

Just like people, your pets are just as unique and different from one another. This means that the results from our supplements might take slightly different times for each pet to feel changes in their body and for you to notice those changes.

You can rest assured knowing that you should see progress within 60 days.  It is important to maintain your dosing schedule for your pets, don’t forget we recommend splitting the daily dosage to am and pm.

Late or missing refunds #

If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days of us notifying you about your refund being issued, please, check your bank account again and contact your bank or credit card company. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
